My specialty is helping competitive cycling and multi-sport athletes, but I can help anybody achieve their self-locomotion/fitness goals very efficiently and effectively. .As an active World Cup mountain bike racer myself with 18 years of competitive experience, I'm on top of the latest exercise science research and am always looking for new ways to improve performance.
